言い訳は聞きたくないです。もっと真摯な対応が出来ないのなら今後は使いたくないです。Box of the bottom to be removed, packing is incomplete. Also the inside 16 mm movie camera can not remove the lens cap, it can not be used. It was a very bad product. I am also dissatisfied how to censor staff members of Japan. If I can not handle items carefully, I can not use it anymore. I wanted a better product to be refunded.
